Shop Policies

Local pick up is available for the Columbia and Upstate South Carolina areas. All other items will be shipped via FedEx within 3 business days of payment.  Customer pays shipping and shipping amount will be determined at time of purchase.  Tracking information to be sent via email.

Items may be exchanged or returned (for store credit only) within 10 business days.  Items must be in the original condition.  Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Woven in Vintage is not responsible for items once delivered to door.

Vintage Items

The rugs and pillows are vintage, one-of-a-kind pieces. Any blemishes or imperfections of the items add to the unique character of these textiles and are not considered defective. We do our best in using product images to accurately depict the item being sold.

Product Images

We aim to photograph all of our rugs in outdoor spaces with natural light. The images that are used display the most accurate colors possible, though differences in computer screens can sometimes impact these colors. We would love to answer any questions you may have on the colors of these rugs.
